From 2000 to 2006, Mohamed BACHIRI worked for the Lafarge Morocco Group where he held positions in human resources management. He joined the Groupe Renault Maroc in 2006 where he held the position of DRH SOMACA and Renault Commerce Maroc then in 2008, he was appointed DRH Pays until 2013. In this capacity, he is the first Moroccan to work for the project of the Renault-Nissan plant in Tangier.
From 2013 to 2015, Mohamed BACHIRI moved to the Renault plant in Valladolid, Spain, where he held senior positions in manufacturing. He will return to Morocco in 2015 to take over the SOMACA as the first Moroccan General Manager of the plant. In 2018, Mohamed BACHIRI was nominated for the Renault Group President Awards in the Executive category in recognition of all the work done to improve SOMACA’s overall performance. In October 2020, Mohamed BACHIRI is the first Moroccan to be appointed CEO of the Renault plant in Tangier and Coordinator of the Industrial Pole of Morocco. Since December 2021, he has been the first Moroccan to hold the position of General Manager of Renault Group Morocco, Coordinator of the Industrial Pole Morocco.
