Mina Nasloubi, quality, safety and environment manager at the Tighza mine, at the Compagnie Minière de Touissit. She studied in Rabat until obtaining her degree in geology at the Faculty of Sciences of Rabat then her master’s degree in metallogeny from the University of Quebec in Montreal (Canada) in 1993. She joined the research and development team at the Tighza mine in April 1997. She was responsible for day research on Pb-Zn-Ag veins and responsible for day and background research on gold veins. From 2012, she held the positions of geologist and quality manager, then manager of integrated quality and safety management systems and of CMT’s Mining heritage. Since 2023, the environment has been grafted to her functions. Thanks to these responsibilities, she has developed over the years skills as a trainer, team coach, internal and third-party auditor and project monitor.
