Naoual Zine is Managing Director of Reminex, a subsidiary of the Managem group, in charge of project development from R&D, engineering to project construction. 25 years of experience in the industrial sector. With an engineering degree she started his career at the age of 22 years old in the silver mine in southern Morocco where he worked there for 3 years as the first woman engineer in this mine.

Ms. Zine, furthered his career in finance and strategy, becoming for 10 years the VP in charge of Finance and strategy of Managem Group. since 2008 , she cumulated a strong knowledge of the African context through the management of structuring projects in African countries (Sudan, DRC, Gabon, Guinea, Ivory Coast). Currently, in addition to her position as General Manager of Reminex , Ms. Zine is a board member of several African mining companies.

Ms Zine is also an active member of many associations : Vice president of the CFA board Board member of CFA (Moroccan Association of Woman board members) , member of the CGEM Board (General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises), vice-president of the industrial development commission (Morocco Industry Group) and member of the FCP Board ( Federation of Chemistry and Parachemistry of Morocco ).
