Salma BENNANI is an engineer graduated from ENSIMAG in France, with a specialization in computer science and applied mathematics. Currently, she heads the Moroccan subsidiary of Wavestone, an international consulting firm recognized for its expertise in digital transformation. In this context, Salma supports her clients, from the industrial, financial and public sectors, in the success of their transformation projects by leveraging the most advanced technologies. She is responsible for aligning the strategic objectives of her partners with their financing projects, in order to ensure the coherence, viability and sustainability of long-term initiatives. Her integrated approach maximizes the impact of transformations while guaranteeing their financial and operational success. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Salma is deeply involved in several associations, such as CFA, We4she and Mentor’Elles, where she works to promote diversity and gender equality. In 2017, she was distinguished as a “Woman of the Future in the Mediterranean”, a recognition that led her to participate in the research and teaching program on gender studies at Sciences Po Paris.
