Executive Vice-President of the Compagnie Minière de Touissit, member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE), and Affiliated Professor at the University Mohammed VI Polytechnique Abdellah MOUTTAQI was Secretary General of the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM), director of several mining companies and has conducted several works in the African Union bodies.

Abdellah MOUTTAQI holds a State PhD in metallography from 1997 at the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech, Morocco.
